Things To Do When Someone Steals Your Lunch

A few weeks ago some coward at work stole my lunch from the fridge. This wasn’t just any lunch either. This was wedding leftovers. What we talkin’ ‘bout? We talkin’ ‘bout Peking duck. We talkin’ ‘bout sea bass. We talkin’ ‘bout the good stuff.

The Twitterati have been pretty supportive. Skwuzee has also had his lunch stolen. I think he went so far as to leave a nasty note on the fridge as well as send a company wide email expressing his disappointment. Justshootmy was reminded of a certain Friends episode. Here's a clip from said episode titled "The One With Ross's Sandwich". Just replace the word "sandwich" with "sea bass" and that's pretty much how I was like on that unforgettable Monday afternoon.

So what should you do if somebody at work steals your lunch? According to food blog Chow you should air your situation to whomever will listen with the aim that it will get back to the thief-in-question. They also say it's ok to leave a note on the fridge, making sure to use "concrete terms" and to avoid aggressive language. Click here to read the entire article.

That's what Chow wants you to do. What do I want to do? I'm seriously leaning towards a Cubicle Fight.
